Stay Inspected is a user-friendly application designed to facilitate daily inspections effectively. This app simplifies the inspection process through straightforward PASS or FAIL questions. Upon completion of each question, if the inspected item passes, the inspector proceeds to the next query. In instances of failure, the app activates camera mode, prompting inspectors to capture an image of the issue. Optional descriptions can be added for each question, providing inspectors with the opportunity to elaborate on any identified problems.

The app also features a convenient light mode for conducting inspections in low-light environments. Users can subscribe and register each item requiring inspection at www.stayinspected.com. The application covers standard inspections for a range of vehicles, including Class 8 Trucks, Fork Lifts, Log Trucks, Service Trucks, Fleet Vehicles, and more. Additionally, custom inspections can be created at no extra cost.

As part of the registration process, users will assign a Unit Designation to each item, which facilitates easy access within the app. Once logged in with their company name and Unit Designation, users can swiftly load the relevant inspection form. Inspectors are required to input their name along with mileage or hours if necessary; however, date, time, and GPS location are automatically populated by the app.

At the conclusion of each inspection, inspectors must sign to certify the inspection's completion. Upon submission, a comprehensive PDF report is generated and can be emailed to up to three designated addresses. This digital approach eliminates issues related to lost reports, illegible handwriting, and cumbersome paper filing. All documents are electronically stored on your computer for easy access and organization.
